Greg Malouf, Head Chef of the Petersham Nurseries Cafe and author of Saraban has been awarded a prestigious 2013 Michelin Star.
He received this honour, after moving to the UK from Australia at the beginning of this year to take over the role from celebrated chef Skye Gyngell.
Greg’s simple, delicious, produce led cooking influenced by the flavours of the Middle East has clearly been a hit at his Richmond restaurant.
World renowned chef Alain Ducasse, author of J’Aime New York, the ultimate foodies guide to New York was also honoured. His acclaimed restaurant at The Dorchester was awarded three Michelin stars.
We congratulate both chefs of being recognised with Michelin stars and are excited about publishing Saraban by Greg and Lucy Malouf and J’Aime New York by Alain Ducasse this November.
